Hell yeah, A mini would be pretty cool! Also, you have the 30 ele's and I'll do the assassin shadow stepping rebirth! Maybe we ca lock him up and sap his power somehow =o

But tapping into his power will just corrupt you, like Joras brother who became the Nornbear...

Heres a link to wiki about all the Ancient Dragons, they are more powerfull than all the gods, glint and kunn and also older than them.
The Great Destroyer was one of there most powerfull generals!
Quote from wiki "These horrors are controlled by no god nor any other power known to the races of Tyria"

These will be our main foes in GW2.
Here is a great read about the back story of GW2 and the future of GW:

I Cant Wait to try and kill those things

Yay!!
Update: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Drakkar
A screenshot of Drakkar has been added to wiki along with a link to this thread. They have also adopted the name "Drakkar" which I gave the beast. =o
I feel all excited and stuff! Thank you very much to whoever put the content up there and thank you to all who supported this thread with their opinions, thoughts and comments.

Hmm...well here's my theory on the origin of these dragons. These dragons are old, older than old in fact, which has been stated many times already.
So assuming that the 5(6) gods are actually gods and did in fact create the world, then logically they also created these dragons.
Perhaps these dragons were they're first attempt at giving their creations magic, but like their later attempts it was too powerful. These dragons probably royally messed up their world and so the gods likely entrusted Abbadon god of secrets to seal them away/deal with them as he saw fit. Of course later on Abbadon went awry and got himself locked up.
However with Abbadon's recent demise it's probably likely that w/e magic he had keeping these dragons asleep slowly started to fall into disrepair.
And thus Primordius was able to awaken enough to create the destroyers and start the GW:EN storyline.
Just my crackpot theory, but I just like the idea that the gods are true gods.

it's a very very good game for the Playstation 2, all the enemies are as big and bigger than Drakkar here. If you've got the system I recommend checking it out.

You'd think that something that powerful wouldn't be stupid enough to take a nap in hover mode.....or to fly that low to the ground to begin with....

Maybe it did'nt have a choice? Compare it with the flash frozen woolly Mammoths we see in Siberia.. Certainly if you look just above the lake it looks like the land has been contorted in someway(and not by geological folding) with glaciation heading south right to port sledge , maybe thats what froze the Drakkar dragon?

That thing is huge. O.o dang. It sure looks like something between Lugia/Latios/Latias. >.>; interesting enough, the last two in the PKMN world happen to be classified "dragon" pokemon. At this rate I'm almost expecting to see a Rayquaza look-alike

lol, imagine like if you clear Drakkar's Lake in HM, you wait 30 mins, you see/feel a huge earthquake and something shattering, then you see Drakkar in the air then he flys straight towards you and you get to fight him. That will be scary.

I hope we get to fight 'em in GW2 like WoW raid bosses.
"'k, our Obsidian Tank just got hit for 6000"
Much more challenging than dungeon bosses we have. (This is from watching/hearing about it, I don't play WoW, so I'm safe from flamers)
